Jockey Club Centre for Osteoporosis Care and Control of The Chinese University of Hong Kong established on 8 November 2001
Jockey Club Centre for Osteoporosis Care and Control of The Chinese University of Hong Kong was set up with a generous donation of 41 million from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. It is dedicated towards healthier bones for all and improved quality of life for osteoporosis sufferers in Hong Kong through delivering services, conducting evidence-based research and health education. Centre Directors are Prof. Edith Lau, newly elected IOF Board Member, and Prof.Ping-chung Leung.
